  • Pricing is based on a 4 or 6-hour minimum

  • We offer a 2nd clock stop with a 6-hour minimum
    * We also offer a 3-hour minimum with no clock stop *
  • A one-time “Travel Fee” will be charged if the pick-up location is outside our 10-mile local area.
  • We will add a $90 fee for air conditioning on the school bus
  • Handicap-Accessible vehicles also available- call for details.
  • Taxes, tolls, and fuel are additional charges

Spare Wheels was amazing to work with! We had them provide a shuttle service to our guests between the hotel and the ceremony/reception venue. The planning was super easy, just one phone call to discuss hours, schedule, etc., and one more call to confirm right before the wedding. Spare Wheels did a great job of communicating with the staff at our Wedding hotel and venue to make sure they were all aligned on the pickup and drop-off. Before the driver left with the last pickup from the venue, he came to check with us that everyone was on board and no one was being left behind. Yes, you can decorate the wedding shuttle buses according to your preferences. However, please use masking tape to ensure that the decorations do not damage the vehicle.

We understand that weddings can run late, and we try to be as flexible as possible with our clients. If you need the shuttle bus for additional hours, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We typically will bill on quarterly hour increments based on the vehicle hourly rate if available. Please call for more info.

No, we are Illinois based and only provide transportation within the state.

How the four-hour clock stop works is… You use 1, 2, or 3 hours in the beginning for transportation from the hotel/church/pictures to reception you will then have 1 hour for the end of the night to return. The most common use is: 1 -1.5 hours in the beginning and then use the 2.5 – 3 hours for endo of night returns typically starting at 10 pm.

We require a $200 deposit to hold the vehicle(s) for the date, if you will be reserving multiple vehicles, it will be $200 per vehicle.

Typically, about a week before the event when customer service calls to make the final confirmation. If you cannot pay it at that time, then it needs to be paid 48 hours prior to the service date.

All of our quotes/prices are all-inclusive, if you chose to give anything additional the day of it is completely up to you, but not expected or required. Anything additional is always more than appreciated.

Yes, however, we can only travel within the state of Illinois. The customer will be responsible for providing a separate hotel room for the driver.
